Looking forward to the weekend. I plan to do the following -
1. I will be watching football. As a liverpool fan - I can only wish that impeccable Manchester United slip up this weekend. Man City and the in-form Robinho promise a good challenge to ManU.
By the way, I was disheartened to read that a supposed football fan wished Messi broke/damage his leg before the Chelsea-Barca Champions League semi-final. A true football fan wouldn't wish that and deservingly, Ap Gyenyen didn't reward his ill thoughts. And sports are enjoyed the most when both the teams are very competitive.
2. Finish reading Paul Collier's "The Bottom Billion". A book about poverty and the poorest billion people in the world. Causes of poverty - called poverty traps - are meticulously analysed. Definitely a thought provoking read for policy makers and anybody interested in poverty alleviation.
3. Relax..
Have a great weekend
